Yeah..I went to a dance in my shorts

I was at a school dance. It was Christmas themed. It was at my old school. I wasn’t wearing socks and I was wearing jean shorts and some kind of shirt. We were waiting in the sixth grade room. Everyone from my old school was in that room. I was hanging out with grace buzzard the most. She told me she was getting engaged to brayden. I laughed because I thought she was joking. We hung out a lot and just talked. We were called down to set up for the dance. I had to go get shoes on. I went to my locker while everyone else went to the gym. The lockers were different and I noticed but I just thought it was because I never went to my locker. Instead of a locker some people just had a hook and two shelves. I had a few things on the shelves. I found my shoes so I put them on. Their were some freshman in the locker room I glared at them. I went into the gym because my friends like Amy and lee were putting up our special Christmas tree which had ribbons all up and down it. I saw ms. Johnson and mr. D up talking about the decorations. I knew we would have to put it up fast so we wouldn’t get caught. We put the tree up in the middle up against the wall. Theres was a bit more but I don’t remember the rest. I was at haleys part I was setting everything up but I was at my house. People came over my house and Haley was there too. We had the party. Then she told me there would be a second part tomorrow which would invite different people over. This one is really weird. My mom told us we were going to eat at Starbucks. We were happy because we never go there. We were aloud to get a coffee and a sandwich. We went up to the drive through the first one would speak to us so we went to the next board. Soon we went to each board until we got to a window. They told us our order but it wasn’t ours because we never got to say ours. The guy told us to go to the next one. We did and she told us to move on. I said let’s just go inside. My mom and brother said no. We went around again. The same thing happened but at the end the whole circle was able to move. They moved one inward and we were not in a car anymore. We were looking at the board while sitting on the ground the woman working there was behind us. My brother was ordering first and he took forever because he didn’t know what he wanted. I ordered next. All of a sudden we were in a makeup store ordering. I wanted primer and good concealer. The women showed me some primers and a concealer but I didn’t want those. We moved on to the next place and they showed me some more makeup. I didn’t want any of that. We went to Victoria Secret for dresses. There is a lady walking around with us making suggestions. She pulls out a few dresses. I say why don’t we go to pink but she says we’ll make our way there.
