I moved to Iceland and bought a wooden house on the seafront and i tried to row to Vestmannaeyjar from the house early morning before work. There were lots of mozzies. Next I was on a bus and spoke to a spiritual group on the bus and asked them for mental support. My polish teacher was my dentist and I had a breakdown to her about my ADHD medication - she was also a mental health professional as well as a dentist.
