Zephyr was coming back to the car after therapy. Something seemed off though. I was in the Behemoth, and it was dark out. The streetlights glowed a soft yellow. I was kicked back with the seats leaned all the way back, my arm behind my head, my legs sprawled out in the drivers’ side near the pedals. My eyes were closed until I realized it was almost time to leave. Somewhat annoyed that I was about to be disrupted and that I had to drive home, I put the seat back up into the normal position and prepared myself to get going. Suddenly, I noticed the figure that was Zephyr coming towards me, taller and wider than normal, covered in a black cloak. Red beady eyes glared at me through the car window, and I knew something wasn’t right. I scrambled to lock the car doors, fumbling around to find the locking mechanisms. Somehow I couldn’t find them, so with Zephyr almost to the passenger door, I leaned over and frantically pressed the button to lock the door. Zephyr made it to the door seconds after I locked it and kind of seethed at me through the dim window. I think I started the car, which was off unlike usual, and Zephyr had somehow managed to open the door, clawing into the vehicle and lunging for me. The car door somehow closed and a wave of dread washed over me as fingers wrapped around my neck, attempting to strangle me. I freaked out for a moment before realizing I could still breathe. The grip wasn’t tight by any stretch of the imagination despite that being the intent. I angrily glared at the road as I began to drive, still attempting to be strangled by Zephyr.
