Shamanic Excercism

I was out in a desert with the sassy black girl, Donna in Parks and rec doing a shamanic excercism of a haunted area. The area was first my old house and I was with my sister. Then the setting changed to the desert with that lady. It was pretty frightening, but stayed calm and raised the energy through whistling and singing. For most the night the parks and rec lady and I were holding each other, she was very scared. At one point, Donna looked beyond our auric field of protection I was creating, and made eye contact with a dark spirit. It was scary. I could sense it impose it's energy and frighten her. She held me tight. I sang and whistled as confidently as I could and the spirits were repelled. In morning time, my sister was with me again. She had a horse, and it didn't like me, tried to kick me. Then some wildebeest ran by us and were unsettled. It was a scary dream but I responded exactly how I should have. Good training.
