day at the museum

i was on a school trip to to a history museum with my year. half of the museum was harry potter and related and the other half was history and science related. the first things we saw were all about nazi germany and hitler. then we went trough the science part and we looked at the planets. we were going up the stairs when a man walked out in front of us suddenly. leah turned to me excitedly and semi-screamed, “it’s benedict cumberbatch!!” which caused him to turn round and shout at her to “shut up!” and that was the end of that. we looked at the planets in our solar system and i made a point of telling everyone that mars was my favourite. another nazi germany area involved us walking down to a recreation of the showers and seeing what it would have been like for the people who were put through them. towards the end of the trip we were in the gift shop and they were selling different kinds of milk.
