Broken Game & Manageable Hair

My friends and I were trying to play a new Valentines update for a game but it wouldn’t connect to any servers. My hair was straight and actually manageable (and also darker in color) and I asked someone how this happened, and they said I must have, “rinse wash rinse wash” or something along those lines. Maybe I’ll try that out, but I doubt it means anything.
