Reoccuring dead wife dream

Dream where I am not sure but I’m pretty sure I had something to do with this woman’s death. I then start dating her husband and I’m aware that her ghost is following me. It’s just her hand though but I know if it touches me, I’m dead. I am driving a car as fast as I can at night and her hand is following me from behind, a shadow over the moon at one point. Then I don’t stop for a train and run right into it. I’m okay though, I get out and find a bike and keep going. I reach his house, and he tells me all I need to do is point at it and it will go away. So I’m pointing and pointing and it goes away for a while but it comes back and I’m terrified. He grabs the hand, peels off the acrylic nail and puts it on this big magnet with other nails. He tells me this isn’t the first time, and taking off a nail resets the chase until all the nails are gone.
