Veins then getting roasted

I’m at some sporting event and I had just gotten off work so I was all dirty and my arms were all veiny, some random guy walked up to me and pointed at my arms and told me that he could tell me my whole life story just looking at my arms.. I was immediately weird out by this and walked away...... I was now at Publix or Walmart and Brianna was telling me about this deal they had for the deli section, we walked over and the manager asked me if I was Finnish because I looked like a zombie
