Gangsters and firefighters

There was some event happening with these gangsters at night some of their minions wanted to leave but were scared they got into a car to get away but it went real slow. Eventually they got caught and they were told they would have to cut off a finger as punishment. Across the road was a bunch of firemen laying around on the floor they were playing around in their fireproof clothes in front of something like a flame thrower and their cloths were glowing red from the heat which was keeping them warm they were laughing and mucking around.
