Panic Attack Aftermath

First I was in a play but I got stage fright so bad that Alegra went on for me and sang all my songs. I did end going onstage for a scene where Marius sings, but I was dressed like his dog. Next, I was totally freaking out, having a full-on panic attack. Hanna was trying to help me, but I said something about how I would give anything to be tiny and she flipped out and also started having a a panic attack. Then I didn't know what to do. I remember my guilt the next day being so intense.
