Sleep Paralysis

Dozed off to get a little more sleep. "Woke up" on a desk at night with the laptop on. No lights are on so other than the laptop glare, it's dark. A game is on and I hit esc to exit out, but it activated the chat box instead, which is odd since it's normally tied to the enter key. A sense of worry starts to creep in and I hurriedly close the laptop shut as I realize I'm dreaming. The earthquake sensation starts and it's bad this time. The screeching in my ear kicks in and it's extra loud. My eyes are as shut as I can manage but I kind of feel them fighting to flicker open. There's some kind of projector screen but the room is otherwise black. A bit different since it usually is a copy of my room that I "see." I continue to struggle as the screeching and shaking intensifies. I try to wiggle my fingers to regain control, but I see fingers in front of me wiggling the same way I do. There's something materializing on the screen so I fight to keep my eyes shut while trying to regain control of my body. Just as the screeching is reahing its peak, I wake up.
