driving army truck to a town where they cut off ppl’s arms

i was on a mission (but i forgot most of the dream, so i don’t remember what it was). i was driving this heavy duty army truck & i went to a subway station. i drove it inside, down to where the train was. i was supposed to escape i think?? so the only place i could drive it to go somewhere was on the train tracks, but then a train started coming (& inside the train was the ppl who wanted to catch me) so i drove the truck back up the stairs & away. the ppl who were trying to catch me had this thingy that allowed them to hear everything i was saying as long as they were within a certain distance, which was within the next city. i knew this, so i made sure to drive far, far away. the dream cut to a scene of my enemies, who couldn’t hear what i was saying anymore. i finally stopped at a town. at this town, they did everything differently. for example, they cut off their arms as payment or something? or for a ritual (but again, i forgot a lot). i was surprised & at first i thought they were cutting off arms as punishment. ok that’s all i remember. the end 😊
