I was in my home when an old man came with his kid , the kid had history of being injured by a pencil ..they have consulted some one else and are coming for a second opinion ..I suspected corneal ulcer , and asked him to consult an opthalmologist , then some lady came towards me and said his real problem is a Supra patellar fracture ,,she gave me the notes , I checked the child's knee and it was stuck in flexion. ..I ordered an MRI and sent him
