I Got Arrested Again 👮🏻

This is my first entry on here. I'll start by saying that for around the past year I have been having incredibly realistic dreams that I often mistake for reality while I'm having them. Today I dreamt that I drove to the grocery store. On the way I picked up a lady with from Craigslist because we were going to look at something at the store together, I can't remember what. Upon reaching the store I start to get suspicious because I forgot to lock my car and she offers to go back to lock it for me. I refuse, and this causes her to start acting kind of shady. Eventually I do discover that this lady was trying to rob me. The police are called and two female and two male officers show up, who quickly resolve the situation. The lady is arrested and I thank the two ladies who were the ones to primarily help with my situation. They asked me how I knew the woman and I told them that we met on Craigslist to "pick up" something together. Upon going back to my car, I see that my shopping cart is next to my car and inside are my grocery bags and purse, and the two male police officers. I start putting my things into my car then I notice that some of the contents of my bag have been spilled out and are laying outside of the bag, looking like it had been tampered with. One of these contents is a little baggie of a gram of ketamine that I had picked up from a friend earlier that day. I casually put it back into my bag and hope they didn't notice it laying out. Before getting back into my car to leave I thank the two male officers as well, then one one of them asks me, "where I got the drugs". I start panicking, at first insisting that I had no idea what they were talking about, then he reveals that he found the ketamine in my bag. I ask him why he had the right to search my bag without a probable cause. They explain that the circumstance of my situation gave them suspicion that I was selling drugs (which I wasn't and never have done before). Eventually I end up arrested, handcuffed in the backseat of their police car. During this part of the dream is where everything felt so incredibly real. I kept denying this was actually happening, telling myself that this was just a dream and that I would wake up any minute, to no avail. It doesn't help that the thing that usually helps pull me out of my dreams is recognizing the sound of cars going by my house as I sleep. At this point in the dream I was in a car with other cars going by, so the sounds of the real world and the dream intermingled. Eventually though I did notice that I could hear the ground sounded wet as the cars went by (it was raining outside in reality) and it was completely sunny out in my dream, which caused me to realize that this was in fact a dream and I woke up. I had to peel my eyes open and for a minute or two I was in a state of sleep paralysis from forcing myself to wake so suddenly. Once I was awake enough to stand I thought about everything that had occurred in the dream and couldn't believe how real everything felt. Obviously this version is just summarized based on my fading recollection of how everything went and also leaving out minor details that wouldn't be important to add but made the dream even more convincing. It's strange to me that since I started having these realistic dreams I am now able to actually hold conversations that make sense with the people in them, when I used to either speak gibberish or have conversations that just didn't make sense. Needless to say I am very thankful for the fact that it was just a dream. Toward the end I was starting to give up hope and felt an overwhelming feeling of impending doom. I've been on probation since January 2016 and the last thing I need is to get into more trouble with the law.
