Dream 7: Ghost

I am at my mom's house and specifically in the master bedroom with the bathroom. The area was dimmer than usual and the bathroom lights were emitting brighter lighting. I am in the middle of the moment, and was interruped by a knock on the door. It was my Grandma, we'll label her H, asking me if I can hurry cause she needed the bathroom, not an emergency mind you, but she wanted it. I rushed out and H was looking a little paler than usual, literally. She looked like my grandma, but with lighter skin complexion. I told her I was done and she could use it if she wants. In this point of the dream, it seems that she was hesitant to do so, even though she was rushing me out. I didn't understand. H was just standing by the door, like the saw something. I didn't think that was the case because IRL, H is more on the blind side, so it can't possibly be because she saw something. I urged her to go in before I go back in. She then rushed in and hid in between an area of the toilet and (shelves?) above it. I calmed her down and got her out of the bathroom. I called my sister to come and help me accompany H to the bathroom to keep her company. It was my sister at first, but for some reason, she shifted into another person, Michelle (M). Me and M accompanied H inside and assured her that she was safe to do whatever her business is. She tells me that the door isn't closed. I turn and looked at it. Strange, I know I closed the door. It was slightly open so I just pushed it closed. I told her it was closed now, but she told me it wasn't again. I closed it again but this time, I noticed something. In the mirror on the wall, the door wouldn't move, even when I clearly moved the door, it still stayed in place. I noticed someone on the other side of the door, I could feel an evil presence trying to get it. I slammed the door shut and braced it with my shoulders. Again, the door didn't really close. I realized then that there's an illusion blinding me, but I knew no way of disarming it. All I could do was keep trying. I uttered something (I don't remember what) to M about keeping H safe, then I was alone. M was no longer there. It's just like in horror movies where the friends are magically gone and there's no explanation for it. However, I could still feel H behind me. Then I hear the sound of metal scraping across the door, I fell back down on the ground, but was still holding the door with my feet. As I suspected, a knife slowly emerges from the door. If I had stayed any longer, It would've been painful. I don't remember why I did it, but I gained my composure back and decided to face the thing head on with nothing but a long cloth. It looked like Jeff the killer from one of John Wolfe's youtube videos. I faced off with it for a bit, then I woke up.
