There is a shopping street. I met an old lady and I liked her very much. I would talk a lot. (forgot our conversation) I met another person that I like. In the shop, there are bunch of art stuff. The most vivid in my dream is seeing those rainbow colorful long fabric that are big as towels. My parents called out to me and it was time to go. I didn’t wanna go. ——————————————- I had this dream repeatedly over the years where there is a shopping street and I would always talk to someone new that I like. It seems like “someone” is always an adult. Also I always get called out home. Why do we have reoccurring dreams? “In general, recurring dreams indicate the presence of an unresolved and persistent conflict in an individual's life, and the theme or Central Image of the dream provides a stage for this conflict to play out. The cessation of a recurrent dream may indicate that the conflict has been successfully resolved.”
AI generated interpretation -Psychology Today Based on your description, it could be interpreted that you are in the process of resolving a conflict related to growing up and the need to become independent. The adult figure you meet could symbolize the responsibility and maturity you need to take on in order to move forward in life, while the colorful fabric could represent the joys and possibilities that come with it. The fact that your parents call you home and you don’t want to go could be symbolic of your reluctance to take on the new responsibilities you need to face.
