Floating Library

I dreamt that there was a giant library. Casey Karnes was there as well. The library was in a warehouse type place and was fun to explore. Also, everyone could float. Martian gravity style. At some point, someone decided we should all get free access to the library instead of bumbling around and doing nothing. We waited for a while for the leader to negotiate with Wired shareholders. Eventually, they agreed. We all floated up to the same shelf the dame time and inserted ourselves into the shelf like a book. I was afraid the other books would fall over. Every book seemed to have a nicely typeset preface that everyone read. Mine was about the Iraq war. It was dated January 2003, which is why I was surprised to see the name President Obama in the forward. To my right, there was a book about Afghanistan. After a while, everyone left the shelf. I wasn't sure how to get down with my chair because it was really fucking high up. Some people were crawling down the shelves. Others just jumped. I couldn't tell if I still had my powers. I let the chair dangle and grabbed it with my right hand. Then I lay face down on it and slowly floated to the bottom. The person at the door of the warehouse said everyone needed to have read something. Elaine Kang made up some unconvincing stuff. I talked about Iraq and was allowed to leave. Then we went to a burger joint where there was a very long line. We were all talking abut our Warehouse experiences. I said I had an Ohio award, but it was too late. The ceremony was long over. Now all I could do was wait.
