Involved in a Roberry

Okay so I was in the car with my dad and was on my way to a friend’s house and when we were almost there I realised I forgot to get her a present cause apparently it was her birthday. For some reason we didn’t choose the logical option and go to the shops to buy a present, but my dad had the bright idea to just go and rob a house for a present to get my friend ... so we climbed through the window of some random house (with the owners still home) and we searched for things to steal for my friend and we got two things, I’m pretty sure it was like a plant pot and something else I can’t remember. We were spotted by one of the owners and they screamed but I just told them that their daughter let us in and she was totally fine about it. We just left their house out the front door with the two presents and I went to my friend’s house... (sorry if that makes no sense, the dream is a bit fuzzy for me now)
