Queen of England Calling

I dreamt I was watching the fitting room for Bobbi like I always do, when I get a call from the queen of England. She asks for Brittany, a coach. I contact Brittany, and she says, "Who is that?" I tell her and she says, "I'm not an associate, I don't know things you do." This makes me laugh. I later tell Bobbi about it, and she laughs too. Later, I see my mom, but she looks curvier than usual. She is hobbling, and leaves the house. I wake up then, very confused.
