Old serial killer

I had the knowledge that a serial killer was in my neighborhood. Don’t remember much, but I was at middle school, and I could see the serial killer driving in his car. He had crazy grey hair and glasses. House was there in my middle school as well, and we found out that the serial killer was coming. Dream ended before anything serious happened.
