The Dream about an online friend being a Pianist

In real life, I have an online friend from an MMORPG who appeared in my dream last night. This online friend was chubby (both in dream and irl) and in the dream, he changed and became really fit. Now he became a pianist and my boyfriend (irl, too) and I attended his concert. He saw me from the audience and played a piece which he wrote for me before. There were envelopes on the chairs and they were like, weekly contributions where we put money for the pianist. My boyfriend told me to put money in it but I didn't have any atm, so I told him he should put money in it, and he said yes, but I didn't see him put any. He told me though, that we're already husband and wife, and so we should now share only one envelope. After the concert, my online friend went to me and hugged me, and we said our greetings. I saw my boyfriend (but husband in the dream) became jealous. He said he'll go downstairs to find a restaurant for us and so he left. Meanwhile, from the third floor, I can see my younger bro with his new girlfriend on the grounds (he broke up with his irl current gf in my dream, and had a new one). My lil bro was crawling on all fours while kissing a picture of his new girlfriend on the ground (WEIRD). My online friend told me that I should go find my boyfriend. So I went downstairs and found the restaurant and my boyfriend was waiting for me there. Now we were ordering food, and we were complaining how expensive the food was. I think I ordered blueberry cake for dessert.
