Girlfriend insults me

My girlfriend started talking about me to her friend, I think that she thought I was asleep. "Ugh, she's just so low maintenance that I feel like I can't do anything, she's such a pig with food, or whenever we go out, and her obsessions? Stupid. I have OCD. She has Want-2-B." She kept going off but I don't remember it all, it was a lot. Her friend (a mutual) sat there agreeing, at one point he mentioned breaking up, saying "well, she's such a bad girlfriend, and not even a good person," and my girlfriend responded with a "hmm..." I didn't know if she wanted to break up or not.
