There was a man I was supposed to be entertaining in a sugar baby / escort kind of way. He was one of those quiet big guys who sometimes got very blunt and demanding but other times was very soft and grateful. Deeply insecure. I was supposed to meet him somewhere to hang out and fool around, so I sent him to meet me at a friend's house. I was very late. He was texting me his growing impatience. Eventually I got there and had to do a really fantastic job of buttering this guy up so he wouldn't scream at me.
