I don’t know anymore

Date: 9/1/2019

So I was going on a tour of a nature museum when all of the sudden I couldn’t breathe. I got out of there as fast as I could, but when I looked up I could see that was back in my room in my bed in the same exact position that I went to sleep. I couldn’t fully open my eyes though...like something was holding me back from waking up. I look towards the wall and I saw a shadowy figure just standing there. At that moment I thought in the name of Jesus, no! I raised up my hand and it looked like I had forced back almost like I had “the force” and that’s when I woke up. I woke up with my arm raised is the same position that I had when I ended the dream. O_O
