It was about a girl staying at some kind of really dark hotel. It seemed like she had moved there temporarily with her mother, but the rooms they were staying in were different. The one she stayed in had someone else in it that she didn't know, some girl around her age. The living room-ish area was kind of big and the floors were wooden, there were chairs on either side of the small space (like comfy recliners) that looked out towards the large windows sizing up the wall and stretching onto a small part of the ceiling. It was the stranger's favorite place to sit, and sit there she did almost constantly. She never really talked to the main girl, she was always more focused on whatever she had with her at the time- a book, her cellphone, or maybe something else. Or maybe it was the fact that she just wasn't interested in talking to her at all. The whole room was awfully large for a hotel room, having multiple rooms and bathrooms attached to it despite looking like a normal lineup of hotel rooms in the dark hallway. The girl, let's just call her B, often went out of her way to use a bathroom that was nowhere near the girl because she was worried about bothering her or being walked in on. Throughout the whole dream, they never spoke to each other. At this section, the main girl is me. I remember wandering the hallways, looking for something. Finally I stumble upon the room that mom is supposedly staying in as aunt kris is there giving her an introduction to it, there's a large but thin kitchen with wooden floors that you walk through first- almost like an RV, and at the end of that stretch was the bedroom. The bed was absolutely massive- I have never seen a bed that large. It took up so much space but there was still some room left to walk in. The bed was draped with a black comforter with golden lining, it looked extravagant. I remember being happy for her when we all found the bed, because for some reason she thought she was going to have to sleep on the couch. Back out in the kitchen there were a bunch of people that I think were mom and aunt kris's friends. For some reason I think Stacy, my aunt's no good ex, was there, and he grabbed a wine bottle and started shaking it and if all those episodes of hells kitchen I've watched didn't give me the knowledge of what's going to happen I don't know what would've. Not wanting to be sprayed with wine, especially since I had my childhood stuffed animal bunny in my hands suddenly for some reason, I started trying to hide behind the small corner separating Stacy from everyone else as he was standing in the middle of the thin kitchen. He started to round the corner and spray people so I started trying to hide behind people- but it didn't work and I ended up getting sprayed with wine. I left in a frustrated huff to change my clothes, worried that Bunny now smelled like wine because I was worried about her falling apart while trying to wash her. I went back to the room I had been staying in and to the bathroom and changed my clothes. I remember smelling Bunny and being surprised she didn't really smell like anything. After that it skips, and the main girl isn't me anymore. Sometime later, B is wandering through the dark hallways again. She wasn't me, but I was seeing out of her eyes still- and feeling what she was feeling. She was scared, because occasionally the hallways she passed would be too dark to see down at all, no lights lining the walls- almost as though they were cut off from the rest of reality. (In the dream it made me think of a markiplier video I watched the other day where he went down a dark hallway but his flashlight wasn't lighting the way and he said "My flashlight literally does nothing" but somehow this didn't make me question if i was dreaming or not) I'm not entirely sure what caused her to realize it, but eventually she did realize that somehow- walking down the hallways- she had traveled back in time. She started to panic and pulled out her phone, trying to refresh the hotel's app because at the top it's supposed to read the title of the building, but it kept showing the wrong title since it used to have a different name. She didn't know what to do, because what /do/ you do in that situation? She ended up getting to the end of the hallway where there was a small balcony overlooking a large dining area downstairs. She spotted some familiar faces and hurried down there, trying not to be seen by too many people. She walked as smally as she could, and made it up to her parents who were younger versions of themselves- dining next to one another. She spoke to her father who had sleek black hair that had been slicked backwards, shiny like he'd used a lot of product in it. I think he was wearing some sort of black suit or some kind of fancy clothing. She told him who she was and asked for his help. I don't remember the response, but he seemed to believe her quickly. It skips again and they're all three in the dark hallways again, except this time- they're being chased by something. There's a horrifying creature that I can't entirely picture anymore who was chasing after them, but it was only really after B. Presumably because she went where she wasn't supposed to and ended up back in time, almost like this was time's way of correcting itself. I remember this creature was a dull/pale brownish grey, and that it had orifices on its face where its eyes and mouth should've been. It wore a sickening grin that had nothing but pitch black inside of it, almost as though it went on forever. It's arms and legs were lanky, and I think it possibly had up to four legs, and they all bent strangely. Despite this it was fast, and wasn't letting up. They were all running but it was gaining on them. I don't remember seeing it happen, but the father must've put himself in front of the monster's attack as he was injured- and holding onto it so it couldn't move. He was telling the two of them to go on without him. They didn't want to, but knew that they had to. So B and her mom continued running without him. I don't remember what happened after that, but I do think that the dream ended with her back in her time and sitting down in the chair in her hotel room next to that stranger girl who she never talked to.
