Joining The Military

So me, Dante, and a few others are in a ship apparently headed to some army bootcamp. as we get closer I'm suddenly slingshotted across the water onto an island with like a an army base. A few moments later Dante is behind me and we go inside. There is this old man among other young people who appear to want to join the army like us as well. As we introduce ourselves to this old man commander he asks us if we have prepared for the drill. I bs and say I have already prepared and he takes us into a large room where we begin testing. On the floor is a bunch of objects in the shape of what's seems to be a puzzle. Both me and Dante struggle to figure out what to do(in reality my dream self was pretty stupid ) and the commander/instructor shows us how to do it. We finally do it and earn a score of 85 on it. in order to pass into the army you need to get at least an 80. A 90 is the recommended score though so apparently me and Dante we're the underdogs. The instructor tells us that we can pay a fee in order to retake the test but we refuse. We then are taken to our new living quarters preparing for some war.
