Shot to the head

So the dream was a story line about a man, I felt as if the dream was me watching him but also as me sharing first person view. He definitely wasn't me though, anyways, he was doing a big drug deal at an airport and gave this man kilos of cocaine to put under his truck bed. After he did the deal, he took out this oxygen mask apparatus, like you would find on an airplane, hyperventilated with it a couple times and then took out a gun and shot him self. Shortly there after, he realized he was still alive, the fatal shot was not fatal and then he was in the hospital.
