Doomsday Clouds

I was in an unfamiliar apartment that seemed to be mine. My childhood friend Leon was there. He came in from outside asking me if I had seen what was going on. I told him that I didn't and he seemed surprised by the fact that I was oblivious. He said that something crazy was happening outside. I looked out the window and I see the darkest, thickest, volcanic ash-type clouds I've ever seen covering the entire horizon. Underneath the clouds was pure darkness engulfing everything. My body seemed to hover through the window and the wall, outside and float down to the ground about 2 or 3 stories. Everyone was in a frenzy as the dark clouds proceeded to cover everything. Everyone started pulling out their cell phones and raising them in the air, tornado sirens began to go off, I also saw a huge Searchlight turn on and aim up at the cloud. The cloud looked like massively horrifyinh volcanic ash cloud unlike anything I've ever seen. I felt no fear the entire dream though. I then hovered back through the wall and back into my apartment. It was all darkened and I walked into one of the bedrooms. My wife was laying down with our son, holding him, while our son was crying. Everything started to completely black out. His cry then started to sound like he was being manhandled then I woke up.
