Pregnant Vampires and Baby Theives

I was a vampire hunter, like Buffy level of a slayer. However, eventually one of my friends (not one I know in real life) became a vampire after getting pregnant. I was torn and unable to kill her, as I loved her and empathized with her being pregnant as I was also pregnant in the dream. However, I was fighting other vampires and ended up being bitten. I changed and was devastated. My husband insisted that I needed to drink blood, as I would die if I didn't, but I couldn't bring myself to do it at first. The idea disgusted me, but he was persistent, reminding me that I was still carrying our child. At this point I assumed our child would also be a vampire. Finally, he cut his thumb and I tried to drink but it tasted disgusting and I nearly threw up. I eventually went to a doctor and they told me I wasn't pregnant anymore, but I knew they were lying for some reason. I went back to my friend and she told me they told her the same thing. Except she actually wasn't anymore because they'd put her under and taken the child without her knowing. I don't know how I figured this out, but the "doctors" were hiring vampires to turn pregnant women in order to take the vampire babies, all the while lying and telling the mothers that the transformation had killed their children. I then woke up.
