Dead Friend

I was my sister's room with a couple of other people when an old friend walked in who is dead irl. She had gained a significant amount of weight, but it was definitely her. I stared at her intently, waiting for an explanation of how she was here and not dead. When she didn't give one, I told her I thought she was dead. She just smiled and said, "I thought you were too."
