I’m by the ocean. The first part of my dream plays out like an anime which I’m not involved in, it’s like I’m just watching a show. There are two characters, and the show starts with them as young children, playing with each other by the ocean and diving into the water. After a couple episodes of this, they go through a montage of them meeting yearly, because every summer they come and play together. The boy gets glasses and his voice gets much deeper, and the girl doesn’t change that much. Now, I break out of the show, and become myself. Next to the lagoon that the kids from the show swam in, there’s a one-story Victorian house with lots of open walls to get inside. Behind the house, there’s a space with offices that looks like the inside of a mall. I go inside of the house, and it’s like a theater, where a show happens every 30 minutes. When I walk in, people are dressed in silly ghost costumes and holding pool noodles and playing around. Someone was with me, and we both had a lot of fun with this. After wandering around the house, another show starts: a dog show. Three golden retrievers come out by themselves and try to put on a show that tells a story, I don’t know what the story was, but I tried to help the dogs do things when they couldn’t. The next thing I remember is that I’m holding a massive gun and walking through the Victorian house and the offices. I’m looking for someone that I want to kill, but I don’t have my glasses on so I’m walking up really close to people to see if they’re who I’m looking for. I can’t find her, so I drop the gun, apologize for the stress I’ve caused, and leave. After this, I’m looking for my companion, a cat. He was with me during the boy and girl growing up together. The cat and I were characters in the show, and we caused mischief. Now, I can’t find him, and it turns out he’s been captured and put in prison. I leave the place I had been, and walk on a wide wooden path up to an old-fashioned town. I walk into a schoolhouse, where a class is being held, and I sneak to the back where a prison sell holds my friend. He isn’t eager to get rescued, and he seems more gruff than I remember him. I convince him I need him, and I get him out of the cage. I pick him up and carry him, and now I have to sneak past the teacher. I wait until she turns away and starts fumbling with an eraser, and bolt out of the door. I run out of this town, and into the wooden path. Things change heavily in tone. I’m running as fast as I can with the cat in my arms. I don’t remember how I transition into this, but I’m not holding the cat anymore, and I’m with a big group that’s running from something. We sprint along the side of the road, and some army guy leads us. We find a bus and we all climb into it, only to have some ‘evil’ people stop us. They ask us to explain what we’re doing. The army guy says something, but it fails, and we have to get out of the bus. Across the street, there are the houses of some enemies. Apparently, the army guy and these guys used to be friends, but he screwed them over. Before they can fight, I wake up.
