abnormal behavior from my dog

My family and I went to this dog hotel or something? I don’t really know just that there were dogs around and there was a dog park to walk your dogs. We were walking our dog on her leash and she isn’t aggressive at all in real life but my sister accidentally dropped the leash and our dog attacked another. We grabbed her as fast as we could but the other dog had a little blood in his mouth. Luckily he was fine, but It was very strange so we took our dog inside and my mom went to talk to the owner. Then somehow our dog ran away and went back outside except this time she went to a stranger and just cuddled with her. I picked her back up and went inside and that was the end of it.
