Ethan Dolan got me Pregnant

So this was kinda a sequel to my last dream, but anyway. So Ethan proposed to me and I wasn’t going to say not so I said yes! I remember having a ring on my finger a few seconds later. I chose Ethan because Grayson rejected me. Gray soon regretted that and started to become jealous. Then I remember that Ethan picked me up bridal style and took me to his room to have sex. So I don’t remember having any wet parts in my dream, but then the next thing I knew I was in the bathroom opening a pregnancy test box. I took the test and it came back positive. I look in the mirror looking at my 14-weeks pregnant belly. Then I woke up, and I was so confused I thought I was actually pregnant.
