Blown on by ghost

This wasn't a dream. I was in bed awake early in the morning before it was light out. I was lying on my side with one ear pointing upward. Suddenly I get the distinct sensation and sound of someone blowing right in my ear. I got freaked out and jumped out of bed to see if my brother was pranking me. There was no one. My door was still locked and I need heard someone open it in the first place. I don't believe in ghosts of course but what caused this bizarre phenomenon?
