My electric fan came alive and started threatening me with its blades by making them spin faster and faster. I climbed up onto my table and shoved a chair into it to stop the harmless plastic blades from spinning. Then I started cutting up the fan with a pair of regular scissors?? Then I buried it in my backyard. I went back inside and my cat was using my dishes to try to communicate with me?? Each shelf in my cupboard was a word and depending on what dishes were on each shelf and how they were stacked together made different words. I could read it. It said something like "I am hungry." Seemed reasonable for a cat.
