Super Vivid Lucid Dream

It was a regular dream at first but then something weird happened, one of the dream people I was talking to looked at me and started glowing very bright to the point where he was a silhouette of light and the light sort of imprinted itself onto me and I gained lucidity. I was in this outdoorsy place with buildings surrounding it, the place had grass, the sun was shining beautifully and there were people laying on the grass with blankets over the grass enjoying the outdoors and it was vivid as real life. I could see the lines in my hand and I was extremely impressed...i had glasses on for some reason but they didn't really help my sight and I took them off briefly after I realized I was wearing them. I was wondering if I should stay in the dream world or astral project and out of nowhere a 25ft tall gorilla that scared everyone else (the dream was supposed to be a nightmare like I could tell it was coming but thankfully I gained lucidity before the scary shit started to happen and Instead gave me king Kong to fight) I cross the street though it was a little hard bc the cars were going like 60mph and I couldn't fly yet to go fight the gorilla but it turned into the hulk. I manage to get across the street and I threw a parked motorcycle at it and it hurt him although i doubt it would in real life. He knocks out and then I was able to jump further across the street which shortly after turned into flight, I was able to fly away but then one of my friends told me it would've been cooler if I did a superhero landing which I like floated down superman like and but messed up and fell lol. I then decide to astral project now and broke the dream apart then found myself in my room and I crawl off the bed and saw my step mom opening the door i didn't know what time it was but I knew I had to get ready for school so I go back to body and wake up.
