Big Lizard with human teeth

There was some sort of weird lizard-theater performance that I watched and then I was walking around in the woods. There were a lot of fat, chubby lizards roaming around that had human tongues and teeth, one had the head of Victorious from that show and was drinking a discarded, shattered bottle of some sort of hard liquor. I tried to kick the bottle away from it but it screeched at me. My mom was there and feeding the lizards by putting a full carrot up to their mouths and they bit into it. Then I got caught under this lizard den which was a large, pink-tan ceiling that went downward towards the ground and panicked because there were like 3 lizard under there.
