Harassed at Work

I showed up to work to prepare for an upcoming Trial. There were about a hundred people there for some reason. First my boss had me look into the file to get the costs. I noticed that the file was completely altered and messed up. Tons of folders were empty and a lot of papers were loose. I couldn’t find any costs, even though I had seen them before and knew they exist. My boss started to get impatient and began starting to work on it with my coworker. An off-duty judge was there and she had a list that they had all prepared. “Some things that could have happened, had you been better prepared,” she read to me while everyone chuckled. She started reading off insults to me, disparaging things about my body and other statements that definitely qualified as sexual harassment. I was horrified. I saw my boss’s wife also looked horrified and she knew it had gone too far. I thought, I can’t wait to get a better job.
