Friend in traffic collision

I had this nightmare in which I seen one of my friends who I havent spoken to in months get run over and injured. She was screaming and crying in pain but the dream continued. later, she had made a full physical recovery in such a short time. About a year ago i witnessed a traffic collision so it makes sense that I would have a dream like this although it involved someone I know and it was a different type of vehicle.
