I found out I was a princess. Neither my dad or mom were king or queen but they could act in my stead if I were killed. It was a dark night and i was in my dads car when he told me. We also had to leave immediately for my safety. He drove all night and I fell asleep. I awoke in a new village. We parked by a garage. There was a war hammer in the ground and I joked if it was mjolnir and a villager replied sort of. It could only be wielded by a royal when there were monsters around. Not convinced I was a royal, I tried to pick it up. I held it easily. The people, as well as my dad, were shocked. I swung it around a few times and wanted to keep it but my dad said it was the towns artifact. We walked into a little garage and a giant spider landed on my dad. I told him not to move or freak out but it quickly scuttled over his shoulder to his front. He panicked and ran out and I followed after. We ended up at my grandfather's which wasnt my grandfathers and met with my mom and brother. I tripped on a root and fell and scraped up my right elbow and hand. It stung but I was otherwise alright. My dad and brother swung on some rope swings that were attached to the tree in the front. A lot of people suddenly came by and I asked what was up. Apparently there had been a dragon disguised as a human woman in the village and everyone was evacuating for safety. We decided an empty village would be best for my safety anyway and stayed. We went to go inside since it was getting late. There was a 2nd story porch on the house with an old woman on it who also seemed to be staying. My family sat on the porch and was joined by another woman who would be accompanying me when I had to split up from my family. We were all going to I guess the capital separately so no one could kill us all at once. When we went inside I noticed the old woman was still there and asked if she wanted any food. She replied no and I immdiantly knew she was a monster of some kind. Figuring she would have killed us by now if she wanted, I thought she was ok to stick around. The inside of the house was not my grandfathers. It was made of bamboo and wood. Although the bamboo wasnt my taste, I remarked that the floor plan was really nice and I would want to live there especially with the view. The house seemed to be on a steep hill with a nice view of a backyard with a walking track and then woods. The woman informed us that the village would be evacuated longer than most of the food would be good for so we should help ourselves. We stayed in the house for a few days and it was really nice. The lady left before us to make sure the preparations would be done. Eventually we left and ended up at a museum that doubled as a train station. Many people who served the royals were there as they wanted to meet me but not all would be traveling with me. I was to go by train as it was deemed the safest. McKenzi was there as I had chosen her to be my lady in waiting aka I just wanted her to be my travel partner. The other people who would accompany us would be the woman who I met earlier, who had short light brown hair, was in her early 30s and was shorter than us, and two men both slightly older than us. One was supposed to be my personal bodyguard. He was about the same height as me and had short brown hair. The other man was decently taller than me and had short dark purple hair. McKenzi and I were allowed to wonder around the museum until 4:30 when we had to be back to leave. The museum was super cool and only a few people were there. It focused on animals and dinosaurs, none of which were real. Near the back of the museum McKenzi found a cat and wanted to keep it and I ogled at a rat in a tiny vest and hat. There was also an animatronic dinosaur that seemed to answer questions but only as a roar. Realizing it was already 4:30, I told McKenzi we had to run back. She didnt want to leave the cat. After a lot of insisting on both our parts, we decided to take the cat but leave it with someone else at the station. We were chastised by the woman and McKenzi handed the cat off to some trust worthy person. We boarded the train.
