Phil Swift cooking in Mario kart VR

So basically I was in a kitchen with one bench in the middle and there was Phil Swift on one side and a bunch of kids were taking turns learning how to cook food. Then I walked into a corner and it changed to me running in mushroom gorge the track in Mario kart Wii. But it didn't have any mushrooms.
