new look knee puss

Was shopping with mum in a vast new look branch, continued on around a corner into a warehouse sized clothes shop. As we continued into the back of the store the clothes at the front were disappearing, slowly followed by the decorations, then the furnishings and floor, then the artificial lights and people, then the bare clothes rails - the yellow sunlight was glowing through the glass frontage. Found myself occasionally chatting to various other shoppers like we were friends, then moving on. Eventually wound up in a sort of check out lounge at the end of the day. I folded my head down to my knees to stretch and saw a strange small lump on my right knee. I squeezed it and a lot of watered down milk coloured liquid with a similar consistency flowed out. As I kept squeezing it kept coming and eventually turned a rancid deep yellow and then black. The skin on my knee started to peel of and take on the colour of the black puss, and became gooey. Eventually i had gotten all that I could out of it and my knee and leg looked slimmer and more boney. I then sat down on the floor and had my left knee bent towards my chest where I saw another bump. I squeezed it and really thick puss came shooting out. I kept squeezing for quite a while then it stopped, but I could still feel some puss under the skin. My mum came back from the loo to find me on the floor covered in black and white and yellow puss and said we should go home.
