I received a message from my old co-intern Dianne and she was inviting me to her sister's wedding reception. It was quite weird because we haven't seen each other since our internship ended and I assumed that our seniors were invited too. When I got home from school, I immediately took a shower even though I wasn't sure if I would go. I then remembered that my cousin Yanna will be married tonight too. Normally, I lock the bathroom door whenever I'm inside but this time I didn't and I heard voices of women chatting away. I recognized them as my old high school teachers' and that's when I remembered that I was also invited to my teacher's wedding. For some reason, our house's 2nd floor became a bride and bride's maid's prepping area. A woman wearing a pink dress then entered the bathroom and did her business on the toilet. It was my senior in my internship. Dressed up in a shirt and shorts for the mean time, I approached the teachers and immediately saw the bride. Ms. Ocampo was my senior year Physics teacher and I had a crush on her for half the school year. I think we talked for a bit before we took pictures on my phone before I met someone else's gaze, Ms. Fam, my former English teacher and other crush. I took my phone and walked towards her. "Your turn [to have a picture with me]." Holding my phone in selfie mode, she had her left hand on my back/left shoulder and said, "I like a good eye smile." I made a quick look at how my eyes looked before taking the photo but my smile turned out awkward so I had to snap another one. Later, I was already in the car with my cousins and on our way to Yanna's wedding reception. I opened the Messenger app to ask the teacher who invited me where Ms. Ocampo's reception venue is. I was hoping that it would be near Yanna's so I could see Ms. Fam again. There was traffic and to our right I saw Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera driving an open jeep and shouting at an old woman in the neighborhood.
