Double feature ghost dream

I had a dream that Fatima killed herself and she was a ghost, so I temporarily turned myself into a ghost to talk to her. I showed her her Last ig post with all the comments saying Rest In Peace and she couldn’t handle it. When she was upset, the whole house shook. It was so sad, but the whole dream had a scooby doo vibe to it. The second part of my dream was A documentary about a boy who killed a really young girl in 2006 when he was 15 by accident, and for 15 years after, she’d been haunting him and put food from 2006 in his body so when he shit it out, it was painful and spoiled.
