Martin Lewis unhealthy on TV

I see Martin Lewis (money saving guy) in what seems to be a TV studio like good morning britain. He's sitting on a white sofa. I see he has big flakes of translucent skin in his hair, and his face appears red and patchy with some kind of horrible rash. Almost blisters and scabs on his face. There is a text box graphic pop up that says "martin". He looks very sick and unwell.
