Father, can you hear me?

I had a dream that I went to a gospel church session with these soulful christians, and we started singing "father can you here me". As we were singing, I started to bawl. It's strange because I grew up Christian but stopped believing because I watched spirit science videos and it makes way more sense than just going by faith. But I guess that's why they call it faith. What I want to know is why did I have that dream. I'm so sure that there is no god yet I had such a powerful dream. It leaves me doubting myself and wondering if losing my faith was the right choice for me. That is a philosophical question that only I can answer for myself.
