old man in a suite

I don't know if I'm awake or asleep but I have been seeing a man in a black suit standing at the foot of my bed for a week now. I can tell he is old but I can never see his features. I don't if I don't move because I'm scared but after a second I totally freak out and sit up and turn the light in and he is gone. I don't know if I'm dreaming or not but I'm losing sleep
