actual sleep paralysis and failing to project

I was in Home Depot by the dishwashers when they called mr and mrs T. to the front to pick up stuff then I started floating up, and I'm like is this happening, I was in sleep paralysis so I try to astral project, then I tried to lift my arms up and I felt this really strong force pull down on my arms, so I wasn't able to do it then I woke up.
