Fallout

I was in Fallout, but there were these fake people. They were aliens or something that took a person's appearance. There were too many to fight, but at one point all the humans escaped their buses and tried. They/we ended up turning on each other from paranoia or from the fact that some fakes were among us. VATS wasn't working, and changing weapons didn't pause anything.
