Weird Beach fun

I was at a beach and it was a lot of crowds around the water area and as all the people was going in the water I've noticed they was almost looking like they were walking on top of the water it looked as if people were standing in water further out then out little further then normally one man went out and he had a baby octopus that he brought out of the water of course people in the beach got upset and he almost got arrested but I stepped in somehow trying to save someone and they let him alone and he got to keep the octopus but he had to leave the beach with his family.
